Nightly Stays: All nightly/day stays include: 4 bedrooms with queen beds and private bath 2 bedrooms with 4 twin size bunk beds with private bath Loft with 2 twin beds with common bath 1 queen hide-a-bed with common bath 10 additional twin mattresses available for additional sleeping 23 - 30 sleeping arrangements with 7 bathrooms total All guest areas of the lodge are available for your use (please visit amenities page for details)  5000+square ft of guest lodge area Check in –4 PM / check out-10 AM Special check in/check out can be arranged prior to booking. Contact for rates and details.   $500.00 Click to Purchase Peak season: Holidays, December, July and August  Weekend stays $200 and Week Long $400 additional $15 a person per day use or night over thirty with additional bedroom reservation over 36 guest count Additional Bedroom and Bathroom  $100 a night This allows for 6 additional beds with Grand Bath access For Weddings use as bridal room. Additional services Wedding plans and arrangements for additional tables and plates/silverware are offered. Prior planning for stocking food & beverages can be an option for stays. Catering services are available for your stays. General Policies: $250 cleaning fee.  All reservations are made in advance with a 50% deposit plus $350 damage deposit. final payment is made in full 2 weeks prior to stay 3% credit use fee will be applied when using credit card for payment Holidays are a three night minimum. Peak season: Holidays, July, August and December Spa use fee $75 $15 a person per day useor night stay over thirty (with additional bed/bath reservation over 36 guest count Ask for contract for cancellation procedure and damage deposit reimbursement.
